Architect of Cultural Change; Jim Lawless developed his own framework for self-development and change as a response to an audience challenge. His strategy for empowerment and growth has been demonstrated and put to the test via his personal endeavours and his success led to him becoming an accomplished jockey within a year of starting his challenge in 2003. Then in 2010 Jim used the same principles to become a free diver breaking the British record for the depth achieved in a single breath.
Lawless wrote of his philosophy in his bestselling motivational book Taming Tigers. His framework has been applied to cultural change and development at both a personal and corporate level and he has been credited with impacting elite teams within businesses to help them to achieve both personal and corporate goals. He has designed and implemented successful programmes for companies including Apple, Barclaycard, BT and many more.
Jim holds a law degree and practiced commercial law in London before founding Taming Tigers Limited in 2007. He was elected as a fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts in 2008 in recognition of his business writing.
As a speaker Jim consistently delivers inspiring, challenging and hugely entertaining keynote presentations. His presentations are infused with real experiences and personal anecdotes coupling his own accomplishments with his 10 rules for everyone who needs to tame tigers.
