Peter MacMahon – host and speaker on UK politics and the Scottish political and business scene.

Peter MacMahon knows just about everything there is to know about Scottish politics. And everyone in Scottish politics. And he just as well informed on UK politics too. Peter was recently the Political Editor at ITV Border and is former Business Editor and Deputy Editor of The Scotsman.

In 2013 Peter made the switch from print journalism, a field in which he had spent virtually his entire career up to then, into broadcast journalism, and joined ITV. He presented Representing Border three nights a week, reporting on the happenings at the Scottish parliament at Holyrood, whilst also anchoring the news magazine covering both the south of Scotland and Cumbria in the far North West of England.

Today Peter MacMahon is a highly informed speaker and event host and is a Non-Executive Director at OFCOM.
