Truly one of a kind, Lara Morgan is entrepreneur, investor, mother, triathlete, and a great speaker.

Born in Germany, growing up in New Zealand and Hong Kong, Lara moved to the UK and soon set up her one-man-band business, Pacific Direct, at the age of 23.

What began as a home business selling convenience sewing kits to The Dorchester Hotel grew to become a multinational company distributing cosmetics and toiletries to more than a hundred countries around the world. Lara sold her ninety-nine per cent shareholding in Pacific Direct for twenty million pounds, moving on to invest in new businesses which she genuinely believes will help other people in their daily lives.

Lara Morgan has appeared on The Apprentice, she is a founder member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organisation, she has spoken on stage to dozens of leading businesses, and she succeeded in the endurance challenge of the Triathlon, coming in tenth in the Championships in Beijing. Lara’s business motto is ‘Only Actions Count’ and her emphasis on ‘Relentless Marketing’ and on the development of a Culture of Winning can benefit every colleague in every business of every kind.
