Jonathan has spent the last fifteen years working in global communications roles alongside senior politicians and influential public thinkers. His podcast Government vs The Robots has listeners in over one hundred countries and explores and explains how technology will affect politics and governance in the future. His podcasting career has seen him interview presidents in London, Nobel Prize winners in South Korea, child refugees from Syria, and rubber farmers in Liberia.

As a Research Associate at the Overseas Development Institute Jonathan explores how governments and citizens across the world can shape the future of their digital societies. His clients include the Tony Blair Institute, the World Health Organisation, Digital Action, Who Targets Me and a number of philanthropic foundations.
