David Landsman

Speaker Dr David Landsman is a former senior British diplomat and corporate executive who helps people in business to understand what they need to know about the world of geopolitics. He is the author of the Channel Your Inner Ambassador blog which, with stories from his varied diplomatic career, shows how the mindset and tradecraft of a diplomat can help us all in our business and personal lives.

David Landsman was UK Ambassador in Albania and Greece and Chargé d’Affaires in the former Yugoslavia. He worked on European, defence and security issues including sensitive counter-proliferation negotiations with Libya and with Iran. He was later Executive Director of the Tata Group holding company in Europe including Jaguar Land Rover and Tata Steel, and has held corporate roles in marketing and in international public affairs. He is currently Chair of British Expertise International and has a range of business and other interests in India, SE Europe and in technology.
