Debra Corey – keynote HR speaker and panelist, global HR leader and business author.

Debra Corey was declared HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinker of 2021. Debra is one of the top 101 global employee engagement influencers. She has worked with businesses including clothing retailer Gap, with IT company Honeywell, with Merlin Entertainments and with the employee engagement platform, Reward Gateway. Her task: to develop and deliver ‘rebellious HR strategies that have pushed the boundaries and challenged the status quo to drive ever-greater employee engagement’.

In 2019 Debra founded her own company where her title is Chief Pay It Forward Officer, and from where she’s now inspiring and helping organisations to drive advantageous business change.
