As an expert in technical innovation in the drone sector, Eszter has contributed to the growth of companies leading complex implementations and advising leaders on planning and operational transformation. In 2020, she was approached by the Global UTM Association to become leader of more than forty UTM leaders through a six month long restructuring initiative. Eszter is also head of one of the largest diversity initiatives in the drone industry today – Women behind the Drone Revolution, first taking flight in 2020.
