Jake Hayman

Speaker Jake Hayman is a former poker player turned serial social entrepreneur. Having launched three innovative businesses and social enterprises in the past five years, he was recognised at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards as silver prize winner in the Serial Entrepreneur of the Year award category.

Five years ago, Jake launched Future First in his old school – an inner City London all boys comprehensive – to help young people get access to former students who can be role models, mentors and work experience providers. The programme has transformed careers services in 20% of schools nationwide and Jake is now taking it internationally.

Jake now advises some of the UK’s top business leaders and philanthropists on how to use their resources to transform society and he sits on the board of the £100m Lankelly Chase Foundation and the Early Intervention Foundation – launched by the then Prime Minister David Cameron.

Today Jake Hayman serves as CEO to The Social Investment Consultancy operating from offices in London, New York and Dubai.
