Nina Hossain

Nina Hossain has spent nearly three decades learning how to read a room. As one of Britain’s most recognised news anchors, she has guided audiences through some of the most charged and unpredictable moments in our recent history. It’s that experience that makes her such a compelling host and moderator. From awards ceremonies and conferences to panel discussions and in-conversation events, she brings a calm, assured presence that puts both speakers and audiences at ease.

As lead presenter of ITV Lunchtime News and a regular anchor on News at Ten, Nina has helped guide UK audiences through defining national moments, including the death and funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, the Coronation of King Charles, general elections, global conflicts and the pandemic. Her role is not to be the story, but to help the audience make sense of it clearly, calmly and in real time.

Nina’s career spans live election coverage, investigative programmes including Exposure and On Assignment, and the live Coronavirus: Q&A broadcasts during lockdown. She began her career as a reporter, producer and presenter, building her experience from the ground up. That early experience still shapes her instinct for detail, timing and clarity today. A Royal Television Society award winner, she has hosted major industry events and press programmes, including work with the BFI.

That breadth of experience gives Nina a sharp instinct for how a room is feeling and what it needs next. She knows when to step in, when to hold back, and how to keep a conversation moving without losing its focus or energy.

Off screen, Nina brings the same grounded perspective to the causes she supports. She is a committed advocate for mental health and equality, and a long-standing ambassador for the charity Whizz Kidz, raising funds including running the London Marathon. She also speaks openly about her own experiences, including being autistic, which informs the thoughtful and human approach she brings to her work.

Her style is professional but never distant, polished but not over-rehearsed. Above all, she is someone audiences instinctively trust.

Nina will host the Audit & Risk Awards 2026 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. Specialist Speakers is delighted to sponsor the event as an official supporter. You can contact Nina Hossain via a Specialist Speakers agent on our London international enquiries number – 0204 616 0868 – to engage Nina for your event.
