Andy has been the driving force behind the values driven company he founded in 1997, going on to develop the Go M.A.D. ® (Make A Difference) Thinking System in 1998, which is now used by hundreds of thousands of people across the world. Andy has written over 20 books, including his seminal work Go MAD – The Art of Making a Difference, his critically acclaimed Go MAD about Coaching, and his practical How to Save Time & Money Through Managing Organisational Change Effectively,as well as presenting over 200 video and audio programmes relating to leadership, personal development and organisational change.

Andy has gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience as a top-level business coach and business improvement expert working in over 40 countries. He is constantly exploring ways of using new media and technology with which to allow the world access to his practical thinking tools and help 100 million people have lightbulb moments – for which he has a clear vision. His podcast series Thinking for Business Success has regularly been at the top of the iTunes Business podcast chart, often ahead of the likes of Harvard Business School and has been downloaded over a million times.
