Tanni Grey-Thompson

Baroness Davina Grey-Thompson, better known as Tanni Grey-Thompson is an inspirational former Paralympic athlete, television presenter and a member of the British House of Lords. Born in Cardiff, Tanni won 16 paralympic medals, including 11 golds as a wheelchair racer across the 100m and 400m disciplines, before retiring in 2004. Tanni held over 30 world records and won the London Marathon six times, cementing her place as Britain’s most distinguished Paralympian.

Since retiring from the track Tanni has worked as a tv presenter for BBC Wales and S4C, and has sat on numerous sporting and transport panels and worked with a host of sporting charities.
