Adam Tuffnell

Adam Tuffnell is a business and life survivor.

Throughout his twenty-year sailing career, Adam has navigated some of the planet’s most hostile environments, ranging from the freezing wilderness of the Southern Ocean, through to the debilitating humidity of the tropics.

Adam is one of a small group of sailors who have circumnavigated the world against prevailing winds and currents; a feat was considered as impossible. He has faced hurricanes, collisions, flooding and the emergency medical evacuation of a crewmate. Adam’s lessons help avert disasters in personal and professional lives.

With a background in psychology, Adam brilliantly explains how teamwork, leadership and communication can be effectively applied in any business situation.
