Marianne Abib-Pech

Marianne Abib-Pech is the author of The Financial Times Guide to Leadership and an expert on venture capital, private equity, leadership and the energy sector.

Combining the expertise of a CFO with creativity and entrepreneurship. French-born Marianne has worked in Hong Kong and London for Shell, Arthur Andersen and General Electric, where she saw the value of dynamic leadership and developed her own set of leadership principles.

Marianne has founded two companies – LeadTheFuture – a forward thinking ‘leadership laboratory’, working with young leaders and women leaders in emerging markets to create a new breed of business leader. The second, Eastern Intelligence is a boutique advisory firm that specialises in the Energy sector, specifically in countries deemed to have high barriers to entry.
