James Woudhuysen

James Woudhuysen

James issues a challenge to faddish theories, contrasting the creative potential people have as workers with the deadening effect of conventional wisdom. Offering an alternative to myths about the future of HR, the office and the end of brands, he focuses on the need for agility, true risk-taking and progressive social and business thinking.

In the early 1990’s, James Woudhuysen led consulting in IT at the Henley Centre for Forecasting in the City of London. Formerly he was Professor of Forecasting and Innovation at De Montfort University, Leicester teaching on the future of the workplace, the city, design and society. He is celebrated for his work at the London Business School and Henley Management College on the future of management and people.

The editor and co-author of several books and has written for The Economist, Management Today and Marketing.

James Woudhuysen is an outstanding speaker. He is a natural, dynamic communicator, using humour to break down barriers with his audience, and bring home vital messages that business audiences need to hear.
