Penny Mallory

Penny Mallory‘s unique and inspirational story proves that there is almost no limit to what you can achieve with will power and commitment.

As a troublesome fourteen year old she lived in hostels for the homeless. But odd jobbing to buy rally driving lessons she set her sights on becoming a professional rally driver. And ultimately her skill as a driver and her ability to develop strong team dynamics with her co-drivers got her to the top.

As a Rally Champion and the first woman in the world to drive a World Rally car, racing Colin McRae’s ex Ford Focus, she competed in many World Rally Championship rounds. Penny has gone on to consult with businesses (including F1) looking to develop fast-functioning close team strategies, improve communication, mindset and performance.

Her passion for driving, team work and ability to access risk, lead her to develop an interesting and lucrative side-career as principle driver in a stunt driving team, working on film, TV and commercials.

As a former female Rally Champion she was an ideal choice to become the only female presenter on Channel 4′s, long running motoring series, Driven. She has presented many TV shows and is a regular contributor on Breakfast TV, as well as being a columnist for several newspapers and magazines.

A successful businesswoman in her own right, Penny works on business growth projects and for small business incubator organisations.
