Jean-Charles Brisard

Jean-Charles Brisard graduated from the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown, USA. He authored the first and most exhaustive study ever written on the financial network of the Bin Laden organisation, The economic environment of Osama Bin Laden. The report was written for the French intelligence community and published by the National Assembly of France in 2001.

Brisard has testified before the US Congress Joint Inquiry into 9/11. Today he lives in his native France, speaking, writing and consulting on terrorism and jihadi-linked activity in the country. He is expert in the financing of terrorism and money laundering in France, Switzerland, the UK and the USA. He provides practical training to government on terrorism and its financing.
