Dr Robert Sharpe is a Chartered Psychologist who has acquired an international reputation in the fields of Interpersonal Effectiveness Training; Motivation and Self Esteem Building; and Resiliency.

His forty years of professional practice have included many training and mentoring courses in leadership, engagement, resiliency and self-esteem. The result is his tailored courses, on a group or individual basis, aimed at meeting the personal development requirements brought about by the ever-increasing challenges of private and business life.

Through his work in the UK, USA, Europe, South East Asia and Australia Robert has refined a series of intensive commercial presentations based on the key principles of Leadership and Engagement.

His content and style of delivery have often attracted media interest, with frequent radio and television appearances, including his own Thames Television five-programme series -‘LIFESKILLS’. The author of several books, Dr Sharpe is accomplished in creating motivation and participation.
