He has over thirty-five years experience in international finance from London to Hong Kong via Switzerland. Drawing on this and his current strategy and risk consulting business he explores the power of change. He examines attitudes to risk analysis, strategy and behavioural economics – challenging misconceptions about decision making.
He has worked for Baring Brothers, Dow Jones, and the Bank for International Settlements prior to co-founding in 2001 St Mawgan & Co., a strategy and risk consulting business. Gerald speaks on topics that affect businesses at every level, looks at risk from all angles, and has addressed audiences in over 20 countries. He is also a commentator and author of a number of books including The Tangled World: Understanding Human Connections, Networks and Complexity.
